The Silas Bronson Library's Hall of Fame is currently on display inside The Connecticut Store (formerly Howland-Hughes Department Store), 120 Bank Street, in downtown Waterbury. Three walls inside the store are dedicated to the most influential and powerful individuals in Waterbury's 300 year history. The store is open Tuesday-Saturday. Check it out. Hank Paine, pictured above, is the owner of the Connecticut Store, and was elected to the Hall of Fame several years ago along with his father, and grandfather, for their powerful impact on downtown Waterbury.
